Printing MacOS Custom Paper Sizes in Print-Tool 1

Print-Tool 1 has been replaced with Print-Tool 2. For instructions for Print-Tool 2, click here.

Here's how to configure MacOS for Print-Tool 1 to print on paper of non-standard size, with special thanks to Walker Blackwell of piezography.com
  1. Go to File > Page Setup

  2. Go to Paper Size

  3. Go to Manage Custom Sizes

  4. Crete a new size using width as the small dimension and height as the long dimension.

  5. Always place the page into the printer in portrait mode (vertically).
